Rates are per apartment per night, based on a minimum stay of 2 nights (in the low season) or 7 nights (in the high season) and two occupants (Apartment Hochferner) or four occupants (Apartment Hochfeiler).
For every extra guest: €25/night
Children’s reductions:
0 to 2 years: free
From 3 years: €25 per day
Rates do not include the tourist tax of €3.00 per day for each guest from 14 years of age.
Payment methods
We accept payment in cash, by credit and debit card and by advance bank transfer.
Deposit
We require a deposit to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy
Even though the Italian Consumer Protection Code doesn’t provide for the right of withdrawal on accommodation bookings, we allow cancellation. This is our policy:
- Up until 3 months before arrival, we only retain the deposit.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit.
For reference: articles 45 to 67 of Italian law 206/2005 (Consumer Protection Code).
Travel insurance
What if things don’t work out and you need to cancel your booking? We say: better safe than sorry – and recommend travel insurance. Click here to take it out.
Arrival and departure
Check in is from 3 p.m. – or earlier, by prior agreement.
On departure, please vacate your apartment by 10 a.m.
Sports equipment
You can store any ski equipment safely in our ski depot with ski boot dryers. We also have a bike garage with charging station for your bicycles and e-bikes.
Baby equipment
Cots, highchairs and children’s cutlery are at your disposal on request.

Transfer and public transport
The closest train station is in Sterzing – we’re happy to come and pick you up on arrival and take you there on departure (charges apply).

Pets
Dogs are warmly welcome by prior arrangement – we charge €10 per day per pet. Please be aware that they are not allowed in the pool area.

Please be aware that smoking is not allowed in our holiday apartments. Thank you for your understanding!
